All the forces of the light involved in the galactic counterattack against the dark cabal are collectively known as the galactic rebels.

2.对银河特使抱以敌对或攻击的行为，会被银河义军根据《银河法典》干预；

3.银河特使受《银河法典》管束，也受《银河法典》保护，他们的人身安全受银河义军保护。



银河义军包括以下单位：

1.银河联盟武装；

2.中央文明武装；

3.当地正义军；

4.当地秘法正义联盟；

5.当地其他正义武装。



银河义军会根据当地战后状况，与银河特使根据《银河法典》协助当地银河公民重建文明，银河特使存在不同职权和不同工种，一些特使会承担非常庞大且长远的工作，一些特使会承担阶段且具象的工作，每一个人都会有符合神圣蓝图的使命和恩典。



银河义军对转世在地球上的银河特使的身份和状况都十分清楚，也会根据《银河法典》保护他们，并协助他们执行神圣使命，对于无法认同、抨击特使、扭曲抹黑特使的行为，银河义军会根据《银河法典》武装介入并制裁。



有些银河特使关系到行星扬升，银河义军对他们的全面监护会随着地表解放进度而不断升级。

银河义军在地球上的军力，覆盖空天、地面、地下，并逐步升级警戒和规模，以备沸腾的泡泡引发下一阶段地表社会的激烈转换。



那些仍然不知道自己身份的银河特使，在当下的阶段里，从于平静，从于原力，连结高我，扬升会比过去任何一个时期更快的显化。那些已然知晓自己使命及身份的银河特使，在当下的阶段里，要做好迎接天堂泡泡进入到高潮的准备。



银河义军宣告：

1.这颗星球将根据《银河法典》由符合神圣计划的银河特使协助行星重建、改革、扬升；

2.银河义军会根据《银河法典》武装警戒并驻扎地球，直到重建完成，届时将由该行星的合法管辖者根据《银河法典》与银河义军交涉，是否继续驻扎；

3.该行星的合法管辖者，受《银河法典》管束，受银河联盟审核并通过，受中央文明审核并通过，受该星际地方标识区光之文明联盟议会审核并通过。
