经过一段时间的会议磨合，最终全银河系达成全力武装肃清黑暗的共识，由此，《银河法典》当中关于武装解放被黑暗占领星球的条文诞生，这些条文的相关内容，成为了光明势力联合抗击黑暗的重要根据及行动支持。



但起初的武装联盟并没有作战经验，他们遭遇到黑暗舰队的时候，屡次挫败，损失惨重，于是Rebel Alliance向一些智慧大师求助，这些智慧大师根据当时的情况开始创立特种部队学院，这就是《星球大战》中绝地武士学校的真实来源，Jedi Army（绝地部队）成为了银河战争中非常主力的作战单位。

在历经了艰难的抵抗之后，银河系终于恢复了以光明势力武装力量占上风的局面。



邪恶势力意识到自己大势将去，于是集体发动全银河系内的武装暴动，制造许多恐怖暴力绑架谋杀事件，导致银河系出现了巨大的混乱。



绝地归来在这个时候开始起到了关键作用，他们与黑暗犯罪团伙展开激烈战斗，并成功肃清了许多重要黑暗成员，正义抵抗军与归来的绝地武士一起壮大了银河系的正义武装肃清力度，这个阶段为银河系全面解放做出了重大突破。



光网格也在这个阶段突飞猛进，将黑暗压缩到了更小的范围。



银河系的圣光力量开始更为强大的转化残存的原生异常，与原生异常捆绑的黑暗势力不得不撤退到原生异常更浓稠的地方，猎户座参宿七(Rigel)，阿尔法天龙星(Alpha Draconis)，齐塔网罟座一(Zeta Reticuli 1)，齐塔网罟座二(ZetaReticuli 2)，ε牧夫座(Epsilon Bootes)，河鼓二(Altair)，五车二(Capella)，以及巴纳德星(Barnard)。



后来这些地方均被光明势力解放，在这个激烈的战斗过程中，黑暗多次入侵地球、绑架地球人类为人质，要挟光明势力，致使地球成为最后一个有待全面恢复圣光的战地。
